This petition is filed to condone the delay of 36 days in M.C.O.P.No.487 of 2018 on 09.04.2019 on the file of the Learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal(Additional District Judge), Hosur pending disposal of the above civil miscellaneous appeal.

2. Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel, takes Notice for respondents/claimants. The learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objections for condoning the delay.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 36 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
