This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 23.4.2015 to file FIR and investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 23.4.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 18.6.2015. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

Recording the above submission, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
