2. Heard Mr.T.N.Seetharaman, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Swaminathan, Senior Standing counsel appearing for the respondent, who has no objection to this petition being allowed.

3. Considering the fact that the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition are satisfying and also, there is no objection from the side of respondent for allowing this petition, delay is condoned and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
