O R D E R
This revision is preferred against the order of learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengodu, passed in C.M.P.No.10876 of 2013 in M.C.No.19 of 2011 on 09.12.2013.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondent.
3. It is represented by learned counsel for petitioner that there was no representation on his behalf when the Court below has passed a direction, directing payment of interim maintenance in a sum of Rs.1,000/- per month to the respondent, since on the hearing date i.e., on 09.12.2013, advocates had observed a boycott.
4. This Court, taking into consideration the fact that what has been ordered is only by way of interim maintenance and further the sum is a minimal one, would not interfere with the order of Court below.

In the result, this Criminal Revision stands dismissed. The respondent is directed to pay arrears within a period of four months from today. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
