ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 28.02.2019, Mr.V.Perumal, who is the President of the Society, seventh respondent herein requested one day time to file an affidavit tendering unconditional apology.

2.Today an affidavit dated 28.02.2019 has been filed by the seventh respondent tendering unconditional apology. In this regard, learned counsel appearing for the seventh respondent would submit that the order dated 21.12.2018 passed by this Court in W.P. No.3143 of 2018 has been complied with revoking the suspension order and the petitioner has been re-instated in service today at 10.00 a.m.

3.Since the said order has been complied with, the writ petition stands closed, accepting the unconditional apology tendered by the seventh respondent. No costs. Consequently, connected WMPs are closed.
