This Contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in WP No.5504 of 2009 dated 28.06.2018.

The Learned Government Advocate would submit that as against the order and direction issued by this Court, a writ appeal has been filed and it has been numbered as WA.No.288 of 2019.

In view of the above development, the contempt petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to agitate his rights after the disposal of the writ appeal.
