C.M.P.No.4447 of 2024 in CRP.SR.No.165386 of 2023 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This petition has been filed by the petitioners to condone the delay of 126 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.No serious objection has been raised by the learned counsel appearing for respondents.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the petitioners, a liberal approach has been adopted to condone the delay, in order to render substantial justice. Hence, the present petition is ordered as prayed for.
