Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.294 of 2022 by order dated 07.01.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer every week on Tuesday.
