This matter was adjourned yesterday (04.11.2024). The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a specific request to produce a copy of the written statement.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today during the morning session, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested to pass over the matter. Even till the evening session, no one represented the petitioner. It is made clear that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with the matter.

3. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
