This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28208 of 2023 dated 18.12.2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed and thereafter shall appear before the trial Court during the Court hearing dates.
