ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.05.2015 and investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has approached for a job opportunity for her daughter.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the enquiry was conducted and it was found that the petitioner was running an unauthorized chit fund in which the counter petitioner was a subscriber and the counter petitioner has defaulted in making payments. Therefore, the petitioner seems to have obtained signatures in blank papers from the counter petitioner with the help of which she has now fabricated the same, as if the counter petitioner has received money for getting job. Prosecutor submitted that now the petition enquiry was conducted and closed.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to send a copy of the closure report by registered post with Acknowledgment due or in person.
