The Revenue Officer, Revenue Department, Ribon Builiding, Corporation of Chennai, Chennai, and 2. The Commissioner, Revenue Department, Ezhilagam, Chepauk, Chennai5, as party respondents in the place of existing respondents in the above Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, WMP.No.14666 of 2016 is ordered as prayed for.
