ORDER

Heard Mr.Dalit Tiger C.Ponnusamy, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and with the consent of parties, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner applied for the post of Senior Lecturer (History) in District Institute of Education and Training. Now, it is stated that the certificate verification is going on, after publishing of the provisional list. In the provisional list of candidates, the name of the petitioner is not found. According to the petitioner, one Alamelu is included in the provisional list.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that on the earlier occasions, when the certificate verification took place, the said Alamedu produced bogus certificates. Now for the second time, the certificate verification is going on for all the candidates. The date of certificate verification is 10.4.2015.

4. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate that the second certificate verification is pursuant to the direction given by this Court.

5. According to the petitioner the documents produced by the said Alamedu are bogus and forged one. Only tomorrow (10.04.2015) the authorities are looking into those documents. If the said Alamelu is not selected, according to the petitioner, he would get a chance of getting his name included in the list. But the said Alamedu is not a party before this Court. Furthermore, the certificate verification is yet to take place. After certificate verification, if Alamedu is selected, the same would be questioned by the petitioner on all grounds. At this stage, this Court cannot issue direction as sought for by the petitioner to cancel the name of Alamedu from the provisional list, so that her certificate verification could not take place on 10.04.2015.

6. In the result, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar msk
