Petition filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to treat the period from 20.06.2008 to 11.08.2018 as duty for all purposes and to regularize the same by granting pay and allowances in the light of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.16106/2011 A1, dated 09.11.2011. O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the respondents to treat the period from 20.06.2008 to 11.08.2018 as duty for all purposes and to regularize the same by granting pay and allowances in the light of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.16106/2011 A1, dated 09.11.2011. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the petitioner passed away and he is not able to get instruction from the legal heirs.

4. In the light of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
