Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the aforementioned applications. However, he seeks liberty to file an application before the Arbitral Tribunal, seeking for the same relief under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, once an Arbitral Tribunal is constituted. The said statement is recorded. 2.

Accordingly, O.A.No.109 of 2021 and A.No.697 of 2021 are disposed of by granting liberty to the applicant to approach the Arbitral Tribunal, once an Aribital Tribunal is constituted, seeking for the same relief as sought for in these applications under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
