ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue a Work Site Inspection Certificate and working condition of the Plants and Machineries Certificates to the petitioner for the e-tender notice issued by the 1st respondent viee No.52/2025-2026/HDO dated 19.01.2026 and to permit the petitioner in the e-tender dated 19.01.2026 issued by the 1st respondent.

2. It is informed by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, that site was inspected and the plants and machinery were not in working condition. Therefore, the request for issuance of the Work Site Inspection Certificate has been rejected.
