ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue a Work Site Inspection Certificate and working condition of the Plants and Machineries Certificates to the petitioner for the e-tender notice issued by the 1st respondent vide No.53/2025-2026/HDO dated 20.01.2026 and permit the petitioner in the e-tender dated 20.01.2026 issued by the 1st respondent. 2.

It is informed by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that, as and when the required documents are produced, the same will be processed and the certificates will be issued, if all other parameters are in order. 2/4

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
