This contempt application has been filed by the petitioner alleging that the order passed by this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dated 07.12.2014 has been passed wrongly.

Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought to make submissions on merit, this Court is not inclined to go into the same. In pursuant to the order passed in the writ petition, an order has passed by the respondent within the time specified. If the said order is wrong, the remedy open to the petitioner is to challenge the same in the manner known to law instead of filing this contempt application.

Accordingly, the contempt application is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application in the manner known to law.
