Ltd. from and out of the funds of the company in provisional liquidation.

ORDER

After effecting substituted service by publishing notices in Malai Malar, Chennai edition and in a Malayalam daily, the Official Liquidator seeks permission to pay the advertisement expenses to M/s.Game Plan Communications Pvt. Ltd., from and out of the funds in the company in liquidation. The paper publication and invoice issued by the advertising agency are annexed to the report.
