This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR No.593 of 2018 dated 23.12.2018, on the file of the 1st respondent police.
2.It is seen from the records that there are specific allegations and averments for the offence under Section 379 of IPC read with Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Development https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and Renovation Act 1957, which has to be investigated further. 3.Considering the above, the first respondent Police is directed to conduct an enquiry and complete the proceedings, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
