This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.17539 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20945 of 2023 order dated 06.11.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required.
