This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 20.12.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.14845 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26332 of 2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
