(delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant would submit that in view of the subsequent development, resulting in passing of the order dated 04.02.2026, the appeal is now rendered infructuous.

2. With liberty to challenge the order dated 04.02.2026, on such grounds as may be available under the law, the appeal is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, CMP No.2854 of 2026 is closed.
