ORDER

The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent pertaining to the impugned order passed in Na.Ka.No.433/2025 A6 dated 26.11.2025 and quash the same as arbitrary, illegal and against the public disorder and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to close down the TASMC Shop No.5785 located at Vellapallam Village, Vedharanyam Taluk, Nagapattinam District

2. After submitting for a brief while, the learned counsel for petitioner sought liberty of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and work out his remedy in the manner known to law. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 11-03-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order MKA
