Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Mu.Pa.4070/2001, dated 14.5.2003 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner under Samdhana Scheme as announced by the Commercial Taxes Department for the year 2011-2012, in respect of the Document No.3109/2001, dated 12.9.2001.
