C.M.P.No.389 of 2017 in C.M.A.(SR) No.95661 of 2015 S.VIMALA, J., This Petition has been filed by the petitioner/Insurance Company/appellant to condone the delay of 391 days in representating the above Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant/Insurance Company.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for, subject to the condition that the petitioner/appellant pays a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to The Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this order stands automatically cancelled, without any further reference to this Court.
