ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from interfering with the civil and money dispute pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
3. It is seen that the petitioner has been summoned by the respondent police on the complaint lodged by one Ramesh. The respondent Police shall enquire into the said complaint. The petitioner is directed to participate in the enquiry. During the enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed by the respondent police. If the complaint does not disclose the commission of any cognizable offence, the same shall be closed. On the other hand, if it discloses the commission of cognizable offence, the respondent police shall act in accordance with the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. The connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
