BY ITS PROPRIETOR, ASHOK KUMAR JAIN Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Grant, order Extension of time to comply with the conditions of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 03.02.2022 passed in Crl M.P.No.1082/2022 in Crl.R.C.No.104/2022 and pass such further or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.R.RAJAGOPALAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Today when the miscellaneous petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to covid-19 pandemic, the petitioner is not in a position to mobilize the deposit amount of (*)Rs.2,65,800/- and in respect of the same, he seeks further two weeks time for depositing the said amount. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner could not mobilize the amount to deposit (*)Rs.2,65,800/- within the stipulated time, time is extended finally by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
