Crl. O.P. No.5122 of 2022 DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.

The petitioner herein was arrested on 30.01.2022 under immoral Traffic(Prevention) Act-1956 and the specific allegation against the petitioner is that she had been standing in the public place and enticing the customers for prostitution in Jerina lodge and to allude the decoy for the said purpose.

The raid conducted by the respondent police led to the rescue of the girl Sangeethapriya and one Ashokan who was in-charge of AKT lodge was also arrested.

2.Considering the gravity of the crime, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
