This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of certified copy of order dated 03.09.2010 passed by the VIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai in O.S.No.4790 of 2002 and certificate copy of judgment and decree dated 08.08.2022 passed by the VII Additional District Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai in A.S.No.106 of 2012.

2. The learned counsel for Petitioner would submit that as the Petitioner has filed the copy of order passed in the suit before the first appellate court and the trial court, there is no other certified copies available with them and now, he has filed the copy application for obtaining the same, but the same is not yet made ready. Hence, he may be permitted to produce xerox copy of judgment and decree. Accordingly, he filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order and post the matter on 21.06.2024.
