2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the suit in O.S.No.450 of 1997 has been disposed of on 21.11.2017 and hence, nothing survives in this revision.

Taking into account the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the suit itself disposed of on 21.11.2017, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Civil Revision Petition. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 03.08.2020 mrp To
