ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police J-3, Veppamkuppam Police Station, Vellore, the respondent police herein to register the FIR on the complaint dated 13.04.2016 sent by the petitioners to the respondent police and take action in accordance with law. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Sampoornam, a case in Cr.No.521/2015 has been registered on 16.12.2015 for offences u/s 294(b), 323 and 506 (ii) IPC against these petitioners and others. As a counter blast, the petitioners have given a complaint dated 09.04.2016 against the son of Sampoornam alleging that he has taken money and is not returning the same and that when the petitioners demanded return of money, he threatened them. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the considered opinion of this Court, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.04.2016, since it is a counter blast to the FIR that has been registered against the petitioners.
