This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 425 days in filing the second appeal.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the

delay of 425 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to Ms.S.P.Arthi, learned counsel for the respondents, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court. It is made clear that no application for an extension will be entertained by this Court.
