Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the auction conducted by the respondents without any financial limitation. For Petitioner : Mr.Ramesh Kumar Chopra For R.1 : Mr.A.Elango For R.2 : Mr.S.Sethuraman

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that, in view of the subsequent development, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition however, he would submit that no separate communication has been sent to the petitioner as to why he was prevented from participating in the future auction and therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner would pray that, the respondents may be directed to communicate the said decision to the petitioner in the form of an order.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.Ramesh Kumar Chopra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Elango, learned counsel accepts notice for the first respondent and Mr.S.Sethuram, learned counsel accepts notice for the second respondent.

4.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous however, the first respondent is directed to communicate the reason for preventing the petitioner from participating in the future auction, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, if the petitioner is so advised, it is at liberty to challenge the said order in the manner known to law. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
