CMP.No.3349/2023 in AS.No.1255/2015 S.S.SUNDAR, J., and P.B.BALAJI, J., [Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] The above miscellaneous petition is filed to order substituted service on respondents 8 and 9 by way of paper publication in one issue of Tamil Daily, having circulation in the locality of respondents 8 and 9.

2.Having regard to the facts stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to permit the petitioners to serve notice by substituted service.

2.Hence, this petition is ordered subject to the following directions:- (a) The publication of notice shall be either in Dinamalar, Dinamani, Dinathanthi or Dinakaran, in the particular edition to ensure circulation in the locality where respondents 8 and 9 resides.

(b)The notice shall specifically state that the matter will be taken for hearing on 13.03.2023.

(c) The publication shall be made on or before 08.03.2023.
