This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 7.5.2015 and consequently direct the second respondent to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that this is a case and counter case and the respondent Police have conducted enquiry in CSR Nos.94 and 95 and the same were closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
