A-4 has filed Crl.O.P.No. 3633 of 2024 and A-6 has filed Crl.O.P.No. 3555 of 2024, both in Cr.No. 45 of 2024 registered under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 325, 392, 397, 336, 427 & 506(ii) of IPC.

2. It is stated that the accused persons had introducing the defacto complainant and had at knife point robbed a sum of Rs.6,745/-. When the general public had gathered at that place, the accused persons threw bottles at the general public and made the public to run away from that place.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out and stated that the defacto complainant had named only the first to third accused. It is stated that the petitioners were not named.

4. A perusal of the First Information Report shows that the time when the occurrence took place was at 11.00 p.m at the night. Naturally, there cannot be any easy identification of these petitioners. The defacto https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Vsg complainant could only state the names which he could recollect. That does not mean that nobodyelse were involved in the offence. The accused Nos. 1 to 3 had been arrested.

5. Taking all the factors into consideration, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, these Petitions stand dismissed.
