ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17398 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24859 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24859 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.17398 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24859 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024 is relaxed.
