Mr.T.Srikanth, learned counsel for petitioning creditor, Mr.M.Kempraj, learned counsel for one of the applicants (Jayakumar) and Mr.Sharukumar.S.I, learned counsel representing Mr.T.T.Ravichandran, counsel on record for applicant in the other application (Dr.J.Murali Manohar) are before this Court. Adverting to the aforementioned earlier proceedings all the aforementioned learned counsel who are before this Court submit that they will explore the possibility of a settlement and request for listing four weeks hence.
