Crl.O.P.Nos.5891 and 6058 of 2022 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to cancel the bail, which was granted by the learned I Additional Sessions Judge FAC of Principal Sessions Court, Chennai dated 17.12.2021 made in Crl.M.P.Nos.22702 and 22703 of 2021 respectively and the 2nd respondent to be committed to custody, pending investigation in Crime Nos.535 and 518 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Addl.P.P. states, the accused has not violated any bail conditions.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as the learned counsel for the defacto complainant, these petitions to cancel the bail are dismissed as devoid of merits.
