This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide necessary Police protection to the 4th respondent to conduct survey on the petitioner's land comprised in S.No.27/1A having an extent of 1.29 3⁄4 acres, Madukarai Village, Madukarai Taluk, Coimbatore District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 would submit that if a date is fixed by the respondents 3 and 4 for surveying the lands of the petitioner and the 2nd respondent will give appropriate Police protection to the petitioner.
