This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the fourth respondent to treat the sentences imposed in four cases against the petitioner in C.C.No.4947 of 2019, on the file of the V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai, dated 14.09.2022; C.C.No.3841 of 2022, on the file of the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai, dated 04.10.2023; C.C.No.1153 of 2022, on the file of the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai, dated 04.10.2023 and C.C.No.1127 of 2023, on the file of the II Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai, dated 07.06.2024, concurrently.

It is seen that the petitioner was convicted by the four Courts in different crime on the file of the different Investigating Officers. The details are as follows :- Sl.
