ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaints dated 24.10.2015 and 06.05.2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.

On the complaint dated 24.10.2015 given by the petitioner, the respondent conducted enquiry in C.S.R.No.968/2015 and closed the same perfunctorily. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry afresh in C.S.R.No.968/2015 and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.
