ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his online application, dated 20.11.2025 with the assistance of the 2nd respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 20.11.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 3 and Mr.R.Venkatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent. Since no adverse order has been passed against the 4th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with by this Court. Page No.2 of 4

4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if the respondents 1 and 3 are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the 4th respondent, the neighbouring land owners and any other party as they deem fit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondents 1 and 3 are directed to issue notice to the 4th respondent, the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondents 1 and 3 shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, with the assistance of the 2nd respondent, if required, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (c) There shall be no order as to costs.
