Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relevant to the order in Na.Ka. 322/A2/2010 dated 20.12.2010 passed by the respondent, quash the same as illegal, improper, arbitrary and against the rule of law and principles of natural justice and thereby direct the respondent to regularize the service of the petitioner by fixing time scale of pay to him as non muster in the respondent office on the light of G.O.Ms.No.22 dated 28.02.2006 passed by the Personnel and Administrative Reforms (F) Department.

This matter earlier came up for consideration before this Court on 13.08.2024. As there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Today, inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "For Dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner. In the circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
