Ka. No. 243/Aa4 / 2022 dated 30.11.2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the 5th respondent to approve the appointment of mine as a Secondary grade teacher in the 7th respondent school from the date of appointment i.e. from 13.06.2022 along with all attendant and monetary benefits.
