This application has been filed to implead the natural mother V.Senthil Nayaki in the original petition.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of this application, it had been stated that the second petitioner and the proposed respondent were actually married and a child was born on 19.03.2006. Thereafter, the marriage was dissolved. It is now stated that the child has to be adopted. However, it is only imperative that the wishes of the mother are also heard. In view of that particular fact, this application stands allowed.
