COMMON ORDER These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed by the petitioner seeking for modification of the condition that "the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Salem" instead of "the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Salem" and also seeking extension of time for two weeks to comply the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25281 of 2025 dated 16.09.2025.

When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court has imposed conditions while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner that "the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties and this Court has not ordered that sureties shall produce solvency certificate.
3. This Court is of the view that for executing a bond for Rs.20,000/-, 2/4
production of solvency certificate is not required. Hence, the petitioner shall be permitted to execute the sureties with identification documents such as Aadhar card and other similar documents, before the concerned Magistrate. Further, one week time is extended to the petitioner to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court vide order dated 16.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25281 of 2025, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above observations, Crl.M.P.No.3298 of 2026 seeking modification of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25281 of 2025 dated 16.09.2025 stands closed and Crl.M.P.No.3301 of 2026 seeking further extension of time to execute sureties stands ordered. 25.02.2026 ssi To 1.The Inspector of Police, Pallapatty Police Station, Salem District.
