O R D E R

The learned counsel for petitioner has filed a copy of the affidavit which they have filed in I.A.No.99 of 2007 in which it is seen that the I.P.No.15 of 2007 was dismissed for default on 12.10.2017 and therefore, the petitioner had filed I.A.No.99 of 2007 to restore the same to file.

2. In view of the above, this Court feels that there is no necessity to keep this Civil Revision Petition pending on the file of the Court and therefore, the same is dismissed as "infructuous" with a liberty granted to the petitioner to restore the Revision Petition as and when I.P.No.15 of 2007 gets restored to file. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
