Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed Under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 11.12.2018 passed by the Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.32572 of 2018.

ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 11.12.2018 passed by the Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.32572 of 2018.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 11.12.2018 in W.P.No.32572 of 2018 has been complied with and in this regard, the Government issued orders in G.O.(2D).No.173, Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR.2ii) Department dated 03.11.2022. Thus, no further adjudication is required.
